Available Positions
Electrician
Work consists of installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industries.
Service Technician
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial locations.
Technicians will primarily respond to service calls but will also do planned maintenance and/or installation as needed. Our company offers on-the-job training, and yearly wages increase as your skills develop. Starting pay is determined upon skills and experience.
Electrical Foreman
The Electrical Foreman will be accountable for leadership, management, and supervision of all projects. All Electrical Foremen will be ultimately responsible for safe installations, alterations, additions, and/or repairs for all electrical systems. Electrical Foremen will work closely with the Safety Manager to make sure all functions of the job are performed safely and efficiently.
Electrician Apprentice
Ables Inc. is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for installing electrical equipment including wiring. You must be able to read and interpret blueprints. All employees of Ables Inc. must be knowledgeable in their field and provide excellent customer service.
HVAC Install Helper
The HVAC Install Helper will help the Lead installer with daily tasks that include removal of old equipment, and installation of new heating and cooling equipment. The Install Helper will assist the Install Lead to ensure that all installations and removals are done in a safe manner while ensuring accuracy on all projects.
HVAC Lead Installer
The HVAC Lead Installer position will be responsible for participating in the removal of old equipment and installation of all heating and cooling systems. As a Lead Installer you will be held accountable for delegating tasks, ensuring on-time and accurate completion in accordance with blueprints or written instructions. Follow-up and communication on behalf of projects will be required.
