HVAC Install Helper

Reports to: Justin Stoolfire

Position Summary

The HVAC Install Helper will help the Lead installer with daily tasks that include removal of old equipment, and installation of new heating and cooling equipment. The Install Helper will assist the Install Lead to ensure that all installations and removals are done in a safe manner while ensuring accuracy on all projects. 


Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities


  • Effectively assist Leads on new installations and removal of all HVAC equipment. 
  • Ensuring all jobs are completed in a safe manner. 
  • Demonstrate ability to work with little to no supervision. 
  • Adherence to proper codes and standards; maintained records and files regarding HVAC installation. 
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is accurate and completed in a timely manner. 
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance. 


Competencies or Experience Requirements   

  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment 
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Ability to be analytical and high attention to detail 
  • Ohio Driver’s License 


Travel 

  • Travel is expected for this position.
