We have been customers of Ables for almost two years now... and as nobody likes to have their furnace go out, our unit has gone out a couple times. Due to age, or replacement valves, etc. But here nor there, my review is about the professionalism of Ables and the warranty to their work! There was a simple error from their 1st visit, and their employee owned up to it, and of course it was then a simple fix. They made it right! Thank you for being a reputable company, and as mistakes happen, we do not live in a perfect world, and everything does not always go smooth, I truly believe it's about finding a solution and making it right in the end!!!

GREAT service!! Jonathan hooked up a natural gas heater in my garage for me. Total time was about an hour and a half. I had received estimates from several companies but Ables was the best. Need to give a big shout out to Ables Heating & Cooling for such great service today!! We had a “frozen” unit and we made a call to Ables and they were at our house in no time!! The service guys were super friendly, informative and explained what exactly they needed to do to fix the problem. Our heating and cooling unit is 20+years old and it is inevitable that a new one is on the horizon for us, but they were able to fix it for the time being and we are so appreciative!! My hot water heat was causing problems. I have an A-Frame house and Second floor was cold. Came to fix and said it needed a part which took a while to locate. after 10 days they came back. A tech named Robert worked for hours and everything ran perfectly. He went to his truck to figure the invoice, came back and said there is “no charge”.
What a wonderful surprise that Ables would do this!

I called Ables after my furnace wouldn't start up again. The tech checked out the furnace and found a crack in my heat exchange unit. The next morning Mr Bill Wilson(sales) came over. He went over all my options and prices. Since my A/C and furnace both were over 20 years old he suggest we replace both and have a matching system. Within a week they were here and installed a 96% efficiency furnace and 2.5 ton a/c. The work they did was very neat and looks great. The installer Mr Tyo and his helper were very articulate and well trained to do the work. The following week a tech service man stopped by and adjusted the furnace to get the max efficiency out of it. Thanks Mr Noland for your service. I would highly recommend Ables Heating & Cooling.Thanks for a job well done.
