Simply put fuel oil furnaces and boiler systems require more cleaning than gas, electric or propane. Plus there are more components to check during the inspection, which involves more overall time for our technicians.

Is there anything else I need to know?
Your equipment must be in working condition prior to each maintenance visit. Our Service Department Manager will work out a convenient schedule for your maintenance visits over the phone. Or, you can fill out a simple form and return it to us with specified time periods that are best for you!
This agreement covers preventative maintenance only. Preventative maintenance does not guarantee your equipment from failure, however a properly maintained system results in fewer, and less costly, repairs. Any repair service for our Preventative Maintenance Customers will receive priority
